UTBox
UTBox provides messaging solutions for email to fax and SMS.
We were brought on in early 2008 to refactor and enhance the codebase, as well look into improving the failover, monitoring, and infrastructure redundancy. As part of the infrastructure improvements, we migrated services from physical machines into managed VMs and introduced management and monitoring tools like Puppet, Monit, and Munin.
In early 2009 we rebuilt the public-facing web site with a Drupal frontend including particular attention to SEO strategies and content silos.
Our ongoing work includes further scaling and infrastructure optimisation, as well as API and new feature development.
